• We need a minimum number of participants for each tour, so we will confirm your tour after deadline.
• A credit card info submitted when you make a reservation is only for guarantee.
• When tours are confirmed, the payment method will be notified by e-mail.
• The tour fee could be changed according to local circumstance.
• The tour course could be changed due to weather condition or local circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
- 10 days before the departure date: Deduct 0% from the cost of tour
- 7 days before the departure date: Deduct 30% from the cost of tour
- 3 days before the departure date: Deduct 50% from the cost of tour
- A day before the departure date: Charge 100% the cost of tour
» 100% refund, in case of cancellation due to nature disaster.
