* A spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is NOT working in a ginseng-related occupation or field may accompany the presenter. A colleague or associate working in a ginseng-related field or a student in the related program may not be registered or attend as an accompanying person.
- The registration fee includes the following:
  • Entrance to all scientific sessions and poster exhibitions
  • Coffee and drinks
  • Lunch (Oct. 21 and 22)
  • Gala dinner (Oct. 21) is not included (Optional).

Payment

Credit and debit card payments are accepted on the 2019 Autumn Ginseng Jeju Conference website (https://www.ginsengsociety.org/abstract/2019_fall/entry/login.html).

Cancellation & refund policy

Any registration cancellation should be sent in writing via email to the secretariat at ginsengsociety@hanmail.net. All the refunds will be processed after the conference. Please review to the following cancellation deadlines.

Cancellations received on or before 30th September 2019: will receive a Full refund.
Cancellation received after 30th September 2019: will receive No refund.
