Abstracts submission guideline
After the online registration is complete, the abstract can be sumbitted.
The registration number is important for online abstract submission.
The authors must submit their abstract(s) for their presentations at the 2019 Autumn Ginseng Jeju Conference using the Online Abstract Submission System, which is available at (https://www.ginsengsociety.org/abstract/2019_fall/green/info.html). The authors can create, modify, and submit their abstract(s) until August 31, 2019 (deadline).

The authors can create, modify, and submit their abstract(s) until August 31, 2019 (deadline).
- Abstract presenters must register to attend the meeting. The presenters' registration must be received by the secretariat by the registration deadline (August 31, 2019) to ensure that their presentations are scheduled and there abstracts are included in the meetings' publications;
- The abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published prior to the 2019 Autumn Ginseng Jeju Conference;
- The abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear, concise English with accurate grammar and spelling. They must be of publication quality. Please note that the abstracts submitted with a low-level of English will not be considered for presentation;
- The abstracts' text should be 250 words or less. The word count excludes the abstract title, author names, and affiliations;
- The abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Any abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered;
- The abstracts that state, "data will be discussed in the presentation" will NOT be accepted.
Abstract preparation (Guideline & Sample)
Prepare your abstract according to the following instructions:
- Your abstract(s) should be prepared following the Journal of Ginseng Research author guidelines;
- Choose either "Oral" or "Poster";
- The abstract title, authors, and affiliations should be written in English;
- Only the first letter of the title begins with a capital letter; the others letters are lowercase;
- The authors' names should be written centrally aligned and written as follows: given name followed by family name;
- Each author's name should be separated by a comma, and the corresponding author should be indicated with asterisk;
- The contact information (tel., fax, and e-mail) for the corresponding author should be provided on the bottom left corner of the abstract;
